Welcome to Eklavya Infotech, An Institute of Advanced Technology. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions related to fee refunds.

Fee Payment

All course fees must be paid as per the institute’s payment schedule at the time of admission.

Non-Refundable Fees

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind
Personal reasons
Absence from classes
Discontinuation of course
Relocation or job commitments

Course Cancellation by Institute

If a course is cancelled by the institute due to unavoidable reasons, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges, as decided by management.

Installment Payments

If fees are paid in installments, students must complete all pending dues even if they stop attending classes.

Registration & Processing Fees

Any registration, admission, or processing fees are strictly non-refundable.

No Refund on Partial Attendance

No refund will be provided for partially completed courses or missed classes.

Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved by management, it will be processed through the original payment mode or as decided by the institute within a reasonable time period.
